Two places: we email it to you, and it's on your order in your Plio account.
If you haven't got one yet, that's normal early on, and the rest of this explains what's coming.
What you'll get from us, and when
You shouldn't have to keep refreshing a page to find out what's happening. So we email you at each point something changes.
If a technician needs to visit, we tell you that first. Before any date exists, you'll get an email saying a visit is needed and why. That way it's never a surprise when a date turns up with an appointment attached to it.
Then we email you a date. Once we've booked the work, we send you the day we've got. If it doesn't suit, you can ask us to change it right from there.
And if it moves, you'll hear about that too. A changed date matters more than the original one, and it's not something you should have to discover by looking.
The date you picked isn't the date that's booked
Worth knowing, because it saves a lot of second-guessing.
When you ordered, you chose a preferred day. That's a request rather than a booking, and it tells us what suits you. Until we've booked the work and emailed you, what you're seeing on your order is an estimate.
The date we email you is the real one.
Why haven't I got one yet?
Because we're still booking it, and how long that takes depends on whether yours is a switch or a brand-new connection. A new build takes considerably longer, and a longer quiet stretch before a date appears is normal rather than a sign something's wrong.
The timings for both are in How long does it take to get Plio Internet?
The date's there but it doesn't suit
Easily fixed, and you won't be the first. Open your order, click Request new date, and we'll sort a better one out with you. Walked through properly in How do I reschedule my appointment?
Can't find the email?
Worth a look in your spam folder before you worry. Otherwise sign in and check your order, or message us and we'll tell you where things are at.
It's been a while and nothing's moved
Message us, and please don't feel like you're being a nuisance.
Orders do occasionally get stuck, and from your side a stuck one looks exactly like one ticking along quietly. We can see which is which in about a minute, and we'd much rather look and find everything's fine than have you wonder for another fortnight.
